I have been having trouble starting sky go on my windows 11 pc for a while. It worked when i 1st installed it a few months ago, but now it just starts up , checks for updates. There are a multitude of chains about the issue of sky go not loading on laptops and just 'hanging' at the start screen.

Make sure you're connected to your home broadband network open your browser and type 192.168.0.1 into your address bar.
